General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Lois Morrow Hair and Makeup Artist.

Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Your wedding date will only be secured once the required £150 holding fee has been received and written confirmation of your booking has been provided.
All bookings are subject to availability.

Pricing & Services
Prices displayed on this website may be amended without prior notice.
The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for your wedding date.
Additional costs, including travel, accommodation and early-start fees, where applicable, will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
Specific terms relating to your booking will be confirmed during the booking process.

Payment Terms
A £150 non-refundable holding fee is payable at the time of confirming your booking. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice.
Your final invoice will be issued one month prior to your wedding date and must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made within one month of your wedding date will be charged at the full booking amount.
In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to fulfil your booking, I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement artist with a comparable level of experience and a similar style.
If I am unable to secure a suitable replacement, all monies paid towards your booking will be refunded in full.
